Pegazzano, il Pagus Sano, villaggio sano dei latini è una delle zone più tranquille di La Spezia, sarete vicinissimi al centro ma lontani dagli inevitabili rumori della movida. la vostra casa è al secondo piano di una palazzina d'epoca, nei dintorni è facile trovare parcheggio e, a richiesta, sarà possibile affittare delle biciclette o perfino avere un gozzo ligure con accompagnatore per le vostre escursioni in mare. l'appartamento è ideale per una coppia e dotato di aria condizionata, wi-fi e televisione e si trova a trenta metri dalla fermata dell'autobus.
